Are you creative and imaginative? Do you enjoy holiday decorating or are you a college student looking for work between semesters? Then consider a role with CWL Christmas decorating team in Houston. We are gearing up for the 2023 season and looking for full-time and part-time women and men to join our seasonal team, previous experience is a plus. Qualifications

• People who are smart, creative, and have a good eye with immaculate attention to detail.

• Someone who does not see the problems but find a viable solutions, Christmas decorating requires you to think quickly and be fast on your feet

• Looking for someone who is self-motivated, determined, and will go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy. 

• A good candidate puts our customers first, treat there home with respect, and aims to please;

• Strategic and mental agility

• Highly organized

• A team player and natural leader 

• Results-oriented

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs.

• Does not mind working off of a ladder and transporting materials such as wreaths, garland, when asked to. 

• The position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing up ladders. Some of the Christmas tree decorating you will be asked to do requires us to work while being 12 feet in the air.

• Reliable transportation, you will be reporting every day on site. Most of our Christmas decorating clients reside in Houston, Katy, and Sugar Land. However we receive request in Brookshire and Galveston. 

• Punctual: Please arrive on time and be prepared to get to work, holiday decorating is a fun JOB

• Christmas decorating play an integral role in providing luxury service and will work to ensure the clients' design needs are met and their expectations exceeded including arriving on time. Please be punctual and prepared to get to work, this is a fun JOB!

•Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery

•Represent Christmas Wonder Lights mission and purpose through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism
