Do you love Christmas lights and live in Katy or Houston? Are you a landscaper or seasonal crew member who needs to earn some extra money during the holiday season or have you recently been laid off during the fourth quarter? Then consider joining our team at Christmas Wonder Lights.  CWL is currently hiring team member for our residential and commercial Christmas light installation team for the 2023 season. Here are the current openings we are seeking to fill :

 

Crew leader: Looking for an experienced team player with a RELIABLE truck or work van, 22 foot ladder, cell phone, and has had a clean driving record for the past five years. Must have prior roofing or Christmas light installation experience and be punctual. We strongly prefer our Houston holiday lighting crew leaders have a electrical journeyman license. We offer a 40 hour work week with unlimited overtime, generous pay and benefits.  The right individual may also work for us full time  installing permanent Christmas lights in Houston.

Christmas Laborers: Full and part-time positions are available on our Christmas light installation team in Katy, Sugar Land, and Houston with overtime available. Must have roofing or Christmas light experience. We pay more than most other companies hiring Christmas light installation crews in Houston. 

 

 

Looking For A Few Good Men/ Women Who Display These Characteristics:

Unafraid of heights: Most of our clients live in two story homes or have steep pitched roofs; if you are the slightest bit afraid of heights, then Christmas light installation is not the job for you. 

​

A great work ethic: The right Christmas light installation team member will take great pride in their work, pay meticulous attention to detail, and be customer service oriented. 

​

Safety First: This is a fast-paced job where risks are involved. Safety is always a top priority at Christmas Wonder Lights.  We follow OSHA requirements when working on a ladder and other industry safety standards. Safety equipment is provided. We do not provide footwear so we recommend either a good pair of Cougar Paws or Vans. 

 

People skills & Personality: People hire us for Christmas light installation throughout Katy, Sugar Land, and Houston not only to provide them with a beautiful holiday lighting display but to create a magical experience. This means the right team member will go over and above to meet our client’s expectations. As a contractor, you will be asked to show up to each job site wearing a uniformed shirt, jeans, appropriate shoes, and a Santa hat and if the client is home play holiday music while on the job site. If you are not a festive person, this is not the job for you.

Goal Oriented: We take the time to do the job right, ensuring the client is 100% satisfied and if not it will be your job to make it right. As an incentive for every positive review and job completed early you will be rewarded.

Crew Leaders: Christmas Wonder Lights covers a large service area but the majority of our Christmas light installation occurs in Katy, Sugar Land and Houston. If you do not have reliable transportation and either a work van or truck  please apply as a laborer.

Christmas Wonder Lights begins  commercial Christmas light installation in September. We offer a mandatory 6 hour paid training  - date to be determined. 

​

We are also looking for a few ladies and men to join our Christmas decorating team in Houston, Katy, and Sugar Land.
